The album "Stars Like Needles" is full of some of the most wonderful music which is getting folks rather excited!
I set out to write the kind of music which I would enjoy myself.  I've tried to create an album which is open, honest, unpretentious and truthful.  I enjoy using big sounds, joyful rising crescendos and passionate harmonies to celebrate and pronounce God's love.

Here is a list of tracks and an idea of what you can expect from the songs on the Stars Like Needles album:

1: Ricochets.  A soulful but joyous song about yearning to be able to give oneself over fully to the Lord, while battling personal weakness.  If only our Messiah would make us weak enough to allow Him to reign!

2:  Living Water.  A worship song which acknowledges the Lord's promises to us, that He can be fully trusted and relied upon, even when coming to Him may seem frightening.

3:  Love Wins Victorious! Even in the darkest of times, we have the sure and certain hope that Love Wins Victorious, after everything, when it's all over, Love wins!  Get ready to shout out and dance, AT THE END OF IT ALL, AND AFTER ALL WE KNOW LOVE WINS VICTORIOUS!

4: Dancing With Jesus.  This song compares our walk with the Lord to a dance, and is presented from two perspectives represented by two harmonising melodies.  A sweet, tender and gentle worship song with beautiful trickling notes intertwining in a dance of harmonies.

5: How Do You Stand?  What kind of a person are you?  When things get tough, how do you stand at the doorway of your heart?  With your arms wide open, or do you stand there like a guard?

6:  The Beatitudes.  Beautiful, passionate and intense.  This unusual piece presents the beatitudes almost word for word, as a cry out which echoes across the millennia. Jesus' word are powerful and high-impact, and this song recognises that!

7:  Wake Me Up in the Morning.  Shake me up in the middle of the night, I want to praise my Saviour all my life!  A celebration song about how we can always count on our lovely Lord Jesus to be there for us in the dark times, even when we've mucked up badly! Fruity synth keys and a foot-tapping beat make this an irresistible sing-along!

8:  Stars Like Needles.  The track the album is named after is a simple happy love song which uses unusual night-time imagery as the setting.  It was formed as a song late on a crisp night, as the stars, like needles, were pointing through the glass, during a time of beautiful closeness with God's Holy Spirit.  And I'll let you into a little secret, the love described is for my dear wife Ellie.  Thank you Lord!  So it's quite a traditional love song, but full of God!

9: Glorious!  One of the most widely loved and effective songs on the album, this is a rollicking, foot tapping jump-out-your-seat and celebrate song, simply shouting out the joy of the Lord.  Amazing, when I'm with Him, I've never been more alive!

10: An instrumental solo piano piece to finish of in meditation.  The piece asks a question, 'What do you love?'
